Financial Supports

Everyone deserves the chance to succeed at work. For people with DCD and other neurodivergent conditions, the right supports aren’t about fixing limitations, they’re about unlocking talent, creativity, and innovation. Financial and practical assistance removes barriers so workplaces can focus on what matters: your skills and ideas. From wage subsidies to grants for workplace adjustments, these supports help create inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals bring unique strengths like problem-solving, persistence, and fresh perspectives.

The Wage Subsidy Scheme (WSS) provides financial support for employers who hire people with disabilities. Subsidies ranges from €6.30 to €9.45 per hour for 15–39 hours per week. This subsidy encourages employers to adapt roles for employees with a disability and covers productivity differences.

The Reasonable Accommodation Fund (RAF) provides a range of grants to make workplaces accessible including:

  • Workplace Equipment Adaptation Grant (up to €6,350).
  • Job Interview Interpreter Grant.
  • Personal Reader Grant.
  • Employee Retention Grant.
