The Wage Subsidy Scheme (WSS) provides financial support for employers who hire people with disabilities. Subsidies ranges from €6.30 to €9.45 per hour for 15–39 hours per week. This subsidy encourages employers to adapt roles for employees with a disability and covers productivity differences.
