Volunteer

Be A Part of Something Meaningful

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Dyspraxia/DCD Ireland. Parents, professionals, and passionate individuals come together to share their time and skills and make a real difference for families across Ireland. From helping at events, raising awareness, or supporting fundraising, every volunteer plays a vital role in creating a more inclusive society.

Why Volunteering Matters

Volunteering is more than giving your time, it’s about creating change. Every hour you give helps us to build a stronger, more inclusive community. For organisations like Dyspraxia/DCD Ireland, volunteers are the driving force behind the advocacy and awareness campaigns, support services, and events that make a real difference in people’s lives.

When you volunteer, you:

  • Empower families and individuals by providing support and resources.
  • Raise awareness so more people understand Dyspraxia/DCD.
  • Strengthen advocacy efforts for better education and health services.
  • Gain skills and connections while being part of something meaningful.

Your contribution no matter how small, creates ripples of impact that last far beyond the time you give. Together, we can champion inclusion and success for everyone with Dyspraxia/DCD.
