EmployAbility Services (via Intreo) are government-funded service offering job coaching, career planning, and in-employment support. EmployAbility staff can help you match your skills to suitable roles and provide ongoing support for you and your employer. Referral is through your local Intreo Centre.

Open Doors Initiative creates pathways to work for people with disabilities and other marginalised groups. They offer training, mentorship, and employer engagement.

Specialisterne Ireland supports neurodivergent people (including Dyspraxia/DCD, autism, ADHD, dyslexia) into employment. They provide tailored recruitment and ongoing job coaching.

Auticon Ireland employs autistic professionals in IT roles and provides job coaches to support both employees and employers and works to help organisations become neuroinclusive.

WorkAbility is a five-year programme (2024–2028) co-funded by the Irish Government and EU. It is designed to support people with disabilities through education, training, skills development, and in-work supports. It also works to builds employer capacity to recruit and retain people with disabilities.
