Importance of Play ...Lecture
Can I play too?
A demonstration of toys from the Toys, Technology and Training Catalogues.
Guest speaker Dorothy Armstrong, Occupational Therapist who lectures in Occupational Therapy in NUI Galway.
Dorothy will be giving a talk on the importance of play for the development of children with special needs and will be demonstrating the innovative Toys, Technology and Training project. This is a free service that allows parents and teachers to borrow toys and technology specially designed for children with special needs throughout their local library in Kildare.
Where:Lecture will be held in Celbridge Library
